Sell Your Shares
As a Sun Life shareholder, you have three options to sell the shares. The process to follow depends on how your shares are registered; please see below for detailed instructions.
Sell Your Shares (UK Shareholders Only)
Shareholders who reside in the United Kingdom (UK) and hold Sun Life Financial Common shares are eligible to sell their shares through LINK Group.
The service is only available to private individuals (including registered personal representatives) resident in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man who wish to sell their common shares of Sun Life Financial Inc.

Statement of Ownership (Canada Only)
To request the sale of your shares, you should tear off Form A found on the front of your Share Ownership Statement, complete the form and mail it to TSX Trust If you do not have a Share Ownership Statement contact TSX Trust to request a replacement. You can also send a signed written request to TSX Trust at the address below:

The fee for each sale transaction is CAD $15.00 plus CAD $0.03/share and will be deducted from your sale proceeds.
Certificate
If you have a share certificate and you would like to sell your shares, you must deliver the certificate, together with any other required documents, to your broker and arrange for your broker to sell your shares. If you do not have an account with a broker, you will have to open one. There may be a fee to open an account.
DRS Statement
If you have a DRS Statement and you would like to sell your shares, you must deliver the statement, together with any other required documents, to your broker and arrange for your broker to sell your shares. If you do not have an account with a broker, you will have to open one. There may be a fee to open an account.
